Enter Findings and Impressions for Radiology Orders in the Physical Exam
In the Physical Exam panel, go to the Today's Internal Radiology Orders grid. Select an order in the Today's Internal Radiology Orders grid and click Edit. The Radiology Order Management template opens and displays the selected order information. Enter Findings and Impressions. The Interpreted check box becomes active. In the Status section, select the Interpreted check box. Note: For internal orders, you must enter both Findings and Impressions and select the Interpreted check box to submit charges on the Finalize Visit template. Click Update and then click Close. Today's Internal Radiology Order Grid
Today's Internal Radiology Order grid displays all internal radiology orders placed in today's encounter, except cancelled orders. You can use the Add button to order radiology tests. The Edit button opens the Radiology Order Management template to document impressions and findings and update the order status. You can use the Radiology Dictated to indicate that you have transcribed Findings and Impressions. Open the Radiology Orders Management Template
You can open the Radiology Order Management template to update order details and change the status for all types of radiology orders. Open the Home template. To open the Radiology Order Management template from the Single Order template, do the following: Select Orders from the upper navigation bar, and then select Single Order. Select a radiology order from the Today's Orders grid, and then select Edit. To open the Radiology Order Management template from the Radiology Order template, do the following: Select Orders from the upper navigation bar, and then select Radiology Order. Select an option for Performed. Select an order from the Radiology Orders grid, and then select Edit. Update Radiology Orders Placed through NextGen® Mobile or the Order Module
You can update the type and category of radiology orders placed through NextGen® Mobile or the Order module. On the Home or any other applicable template, select Orders from the upper navigation bar, and then select Radiology Order. The Radiology Order template opens. Select the message indicating reviewing the orders. Radiology Orders to Update section on the Radiology Order template Select the order from the Radiology Orders to Update grid. Open the Physical Exam Templates
You can open the physical exam template to document the normal and abnormal physical exam details. Open the SOAP template. In the Physical Exam panel, select a specialty-specific physical exam in the left pane. The physical exam template opens.
