Lab/Testing Panel

Use the Lab/Testing panel to select labs, chest X-rays or EKG tests to order prior to the surgery, and to generate requisitions. The Date of Surgery pulls from the entry at the top of the template. The patient’s weight and BMI fill in from entries for vital signs and are read-only.
