Patient History for Post-Operative Visits
You can associate surgical procedures with post-operative visits, and document a patient's history for post-operative visits. On the Non Billable Visit template, in the History panel, you can associate surgical procedures to the post-operative visit. The Past Orthopedic Surgeries grid in this panel displays the details of the patient's previous surgeries. You can document the following details of the patient for the post-operative visit. Last injection Pain Associated symptoms Ambulatory aids and braces Function and activity levels Sports and hobbies Employer details Medications and allergies History panel on the Non Billable Visit template You can use the Overflow Type section to add additional symptoms, ambulatory aids and braces, and function and activity levels if the fields in their respective sections are insufficient. Physical Exam Panel
The Physical Exam panel appears on the Billable Visit template, the Fracture Care templates, the Non-Billable Visit template, and the Non-Billable Fracture Care templates. The left navigation bar has links to all physical exams, with the ones most pertinent to the current workflow at the top. Access the Non-Billable Visit Template
You can access the Non Billable Visit template from the Home template. On the Home template, click the Non-Billable tab. The Navigation window opens. Select Non Billable Visit from the list, and click OK. The Non Billable Visit template opens. Enter Re-implant Information

Record the Antibiotics for Treatment
You can enter antibiotics being used to treat the infection. Click Add under the Antibiotics grid. The IORTSinf_tot_abx_DM template opens. Infected Total Antibiotics window Enter the Antibiotic being used. Enter the Route. Enter the Duration. Select Resolved to indicate that it has been resolved date and enter the resolved date. Enter Tracked Bacteria
You can enter bacteria being tracked. Click the Add button below the Bacteria grid. The IORTSinf_tot_bac_DM template opens. Infected Total Bacteria window Enter the Date. Click the Bacteria field to select the type of bacteria being tracked. Select Resolved if it has been resolved and enter the Date resolved. Click Save. Click Close.
