Enter the Physical Exam for Cast and Wound Care

Use the Physical Exam section on the Cast/Wound Care template to document issues with the cast area as well as what was done for the new cast, splint, or brace.
  1. On the Home template, click the Cast/Wound Care link.
    The Cast/Wound Care template opens.

  2. To enter exam information, select the appropriate check boxes, as well as which provider the patient was seen by.
  3. Document what was done to the cast, splint, or brace by selecting the appropriate fields.
  4. Type any additional information in the notes section.
  5. Click Cast/Splints button opens the Billable Cast and Splint Application template.
