Update the Location Contact Information

You can update the contact information for any location of your practice. On the Document Config system template, expand the Document Contact Information panel. From the left grid, select the desired practice. The locations for that practice appear in the right grid. Select the desired location. The contact information for the selected practice and location appear in the corresponding fields to the right of the grid. Update the information, as required. Click Update. Restore Contact Location Defaults

You can update contact information for documents based on the location from the Document Contact Information panel of the Document Config system template. Copy Navigation Settings

You can copy navigation settings from one practice to another within the enterprise. Note: Use the Copy Navigation panel with caution; copying to another practice will overwrite all settings. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Copy Navigation panel. Copy Navigation panel on the Specialty Nav Config template In the Which settings to Copy field, select the settings to be copied. Copy Preferences to All Providers in a Practice

On the Document Configuration template, Provider Level Configurations section, select the Copy to all providers in the practice check box. Click the From field and select the name of the provider to copy preferences from. Click Copy. An alert message appears. Do one of the following: Click Yes to overwrite any existing preferences and copy the selected From provider's preferences to all providers in the practice. Click No to cancel the changes. Document the Patient's Location and Contact Information

You can document the patient's basic information such as the name, address, and contact information. Open the Demographics (BH) template. Enter information in the Patient Information, Contact Information, and Address History panels. Enter patient's contact details in the corresponding fields. Select Add.
