Copy Preferences to All Providers in a Practice
On the
Document Configuration
template
,
Provider Level Configurations
section, select the
Copy to all providers in the practice
checkbox.
Click the
From
field and select the name of the provider to copy preferences from.
Click
Copy
.
An alert message appears.
Do one of the following:
Click
Yes
to overwrite any existing preferences and copy the selected
From
provider's preferences to all providers in the practice.
Click
No
to cancel the changes.
Click
Save and Close
.

Copy a Provider's Document Type Preferences
On the Document Configuration template, Provider Level Configurations section, click the From field and select the name of the provider to copy preferences from. In the To field, select the name of the provider using the copied preferences. Click Copy. An alert message appears. Do one of the following: Click Yes to overwrite any existing preferences and copy the selected From provider's preferences to the name selected in the To field. Click No to cancel the changes. Delete a Document Type Preference
On the Document Configuration template, Provider Level Configuration section, highlight a document type in the Configured Document Types grid. Click Delete. Set Up Preferences by Document Type
In the Provider Level Configuration section, the provider name selected in the Four Point Check automatically populates in the Provider field. Access the Documentation Configuration template. To select a different provider name, click the Provider field. In the Document Type field, click to select a value from the resulting list. Select the Consult Note or Referral Letter document type to add personalized information in the Opening statement and Closing statement fields. Document Type on Document Configuration Template Select the preferred elements to display in the generated document. Provider Level Configurations Select the Past Medical History, Family History, and Social History checkboxes to include the details entered for these elements on the templates in the generated documents. Note: The Social History Confidential sections are not included in any document. Select from the options to load defaults for all documents or just the selected document type. Disable or Enable APSO Summary Document
By default, the APSO document generation is turned on in the application. You can disable or enable APSO document generation anytime. Open the Document Configuration practice template. In the APSO Summary Document options section, do one of the following: To disable APSO document generation, select Disable APSO Document generation. Access the Document Configuration Practice Template
From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. On the Select Template window, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, select All to see a complete list of practice templates. To access the Document Configuration template, do one of the following: Double-click Document Configuration. Select Document Configuration, and then click OK. Provider Level Document Configurations
In the Provider Level Configurations section, you can: Set the document type preferences Load default options for all or selected document types Copy the preferences from one provider to the other provider or all the providers in the practice Set the option to generate the master document online or offline.
