You can copy navigation settings from one practice to another within the enterprise.
Note:
Use the
Copy Navigation
panel with caution; copying to another practice will overwrite all settings.
On the
Specialty Nav Config
system template, expand the
Copy Navigation
panel.
In the
Which settings to Copy
field, select the settings to be copied.
In the
Which Practice to Copy from
field, select the practice from which you want to copy settings.
Click
Copy

Copy Navigation Settings
You can copy the navigation settings from any practice within the enterprise to the current practice. You can copy all or individual navigation sections like the Top Bar and Sub Bar. CAUTION: Copying navigation settings from another practice overwrites all settings for your practice. On the Specialty Nav Config template, select Navigation Config, and then expand the Copy Navigation panel. Copy Navigation window Select the Which settings to Copy field, and then select the kind of settings you want to copy: All – copies all navigation settings Single – copies the single bar navigation links Sub – copies the subnavigation links Top – copies the top navigation links Select the Which Practice to Copy from field, and then select the practice you want to copy settings from. Copy Navigation Links Between Practices
You can copy navigation links from one practice to another. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Custom Navigation practice template. In the Copy Navigation box, select the From Practice field and select the practice from which you want to copy the navigation bar links. Select the To Practice field and select the practice to which you want to copy the navigation bar links. Select Copy Navigation. A warning message appears indicating that copying navigation from one practice to another practice might overwrite all the existing links for the selected practice. Select Yes. Copy Navigation Items to Another Practice
On the Custom Navigation template, you can copy an existing navigation items from one practice to another. In the Custom Navigation section, navigate to the Copy Navigation section. Click the From Practice field and select the source practice from the picklist. Click the To Practice field and select the practice to which the navigation items are to be copied. Navigation Configuration

Copy the Current Configurations
You can copy the current configurations to another specialty, practice, or provider using the copy button. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Framework Content template. To copy your preferences on the Framework Content system template, select the Specialty, Practice, or Provider. In the Copy To section, enter any or all of the following: Specialty Practice Provider Copy To To duplicate the setup preferences, click the Copy button. Copy an Assessment Page
You can copy an assessment page to another practice or provider. On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. In the Common Assessment Pages grid, select the desired assessment page. For Copy to, select Current Practice or Another Practice. If you select Another Practice, you must click in the field to select that practice. To copy to only a specific provider in the practice, select the provider in the Copy to Provider field.
