Assessment and Plan for Multiple Fracture
The Assessment and Plan panel on the FC Multiple FX enables the provider to submit up to three fracture care diagnoses codes, with procedure codes and details for each. It also allows you to document the plan for each code, verbal counseling, and next visit information. It provides quick links to cast or splint, DME, and office procedures. Access Office Procedure Templates
Open the Billable Visit template. In the Physical Exam panel, click Add below the Office Procedures grid. The IORTS Castsplint Apply template opens. IORTS Cast Splint Apply template Note: You can document only cast and splint procedures on this template. Access the Fracture Care/Casting/Strapping Template
Access the Home Page - ORT template. Select Office Visit as the Visit Type. Click the SOAP tab. Click to open the navigation bar and then, click Procedures.
