Create a Procedure Page

You can create a procedure page. On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. In the field below the Page Name column of the grid, enter the desired name for the procedure page. In the field below the Category column of the grid, select a category; PMH or OrthoSx. The category determines from which history grid the procedure pages are viewable. Add button in the Procedure Code Configuration panel Click Add. The new page appears in the grid. Add Items to a Procedure Page

On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. In the Page Name grid, select the procedure page. The page name appears in the Current Page field. Click one of the blue item numbers, where you want to add or update the item. The number you clicked enters the # field. In the Type field, select the desired item type. Datatype picklist Based on your selected item type, do one of the following: If you select Description and code, the Procedure Code lookup link opens to look up the code. If you select Group Header or Sub Group as the type, click the Group Name field to select the group. In the Display Text field, enter the item name to be displayed on the page. Click Add/Update. Procedure Code Configuration

You can create and manage procedure pages from the Procedure Code Configuration panel of the Common Procedure Configuration practice template. You can set default pages based on provider build new or edit existing procedure pages, add and edit procedure codes or procedure groups on the pages, and copy or delete pages. Item Types for Assessment Pages

You can use different types of items to configure assessment pages. You can configure items required for an assessment page using the assessment item section of the Manage Common Assessments panel on the Specialty Common Assessment Config template. When you enter an assessment page in the *Common assessment page name field, the items configured for that page appear in the assessment item section. You can add, update, or delete items from the selected page as needed. If you select an item number, the number is filled in the Item # field. You need to select the item type to be added, enter the details of the item, and add the item to the assessment page. The types of items are as follows: Header/Group. Headers and header groups appear in bold on the assessment pages. If the header text is prefixed with a plus sign, it indicates that the item is a header group and there are multiple codes in that group. Insert an Item Between Existing Items

You can add an item between two existing items. On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel. Select the line item number at which you want to insert the new item. Click Insert Blank Row. This adds a blank space at selected item number. Click the blank line item. The line item number appears in the Item # field. In the Item to add field, select one of the below item type. Header/Group Subgroup Description and code Spacer Depends on your selection above, follow the below instructions: Header/Group: Enter the Header/Group name, and in the Diagnosis Group field, select a diagnosis group. Subgroup: Enter the subgroup name, and in the Diagnosis Group field, select a diagnosis group.
