Add Items to a Procedure Page
On the
IORTS Px Common Cfg
practice template, expand the
Procedure Code Configuration
panel.
In the
Page Name
grid, select the procedure page.
The page name appears in the
Current Page
field.
Click one of the blue item numbers, where you want to add or update the item.
The number you clicked enters the
#
field.
In the
Type
field, select the desired item type.
Based on your selected item type, do one of the following:
If you select Description and code, the Procedure Code lookup link opens to look up the code.
If you select Group Header or Sub Group as the type, click the
Group Name
field to select the group.
In the
Display Text
field, enter the item name to be displayed on the page.
Click
Add/Update
.
The item appears on the selected position.

Remove an Item from a Procedure Page
On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. In the Page Name grid, select the desired procedure page. The page name appears in the Current Page field. Add an Item Between Two Other Items
You can add an item between two consecutive items already on the page. On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. In the Page Name grid, select the desired procedure page. The page name appears in the Current Page field. Click on the number where you want to place the item. Click Insert Blank Row. This inserts a blank space by moving down all items below that number. Add the item into the newly created space by following the instructions above. Building or Modifying a Procedure Page
You can build a procedure page using a combination of the following five item types on the Procedure Code Configuration panel of the Common Procedure Configuration practice template. Datatype picklist Description and code: On the procedure page, the code appears in black following the description. Selecting this item option opens a search window to look up the desired code to add. Description and code Group Header: A procedure group header appears in bold, with a > sign, signifying there are multiple codes under that group. Groups are created on the PX Group Configuration panel. You can put other groups and codes under these group headers. Group Header Header Only: Headers appear in bold on the procedure pages. You can put procedure groups and codes under headers. Header Only SubGroup: Sub-groups display a plus sign before their name. These are created under the PX Group Configuration panel. Sub Group Spacer: These can appear as a blank space, a repeated symbol (for example, ++++++++,

Copy a Procedure Page
You can copy a procedure page to create a new procedure page. On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. From the Page Name grid, select the desired page. Click Copy. The Enter New Page Name window opens. Enter New Page Name window Enter a name for the new page, and click OK. Create a Procedure Page
You can create a procedure page. On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. In the field below the Page Name column of the grid, enter the desired name for the procedure page. In the field below the Category column of the grid, select a category; PMH or OrthoSx. The category determines from which history grid the procedure pages are viewable. Add button in the Procedure Code Configuration panel Click Add. The new page appears in the grid. Set a Procedure Page as a Provider’s Default
You can set a procedure page as a default for a specific provider. On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Procedure Code Configuration panel. From the Page Name grid, select the desired page. In the field below the Provider column of the grid, select the desired provider. Provider field in the Procedure Code Configuration panel Click Update. The provider’s name now appears in the grid for the selected page. Parent topic: Procedure Code Configuration
