Add a Surgical Procedure
To open the IORTS Px Xpo template, do one of the following: Under the following grids, click Add: Orthopedic Surgical History grid on the Intake template Surgical History grid on the Intake template Procedures grid on the Surgery Coding template On templates where you are adding procedures to diagnoses/assessments (for example, the Single or Multi Fx template), click the Procedure Codes button. If the Procedure Page field is blank or you want to select a different value, click the Procedure Page field, and select a value from the list and click OK. IORTS Procedure Page window Select a procedure code. If picklists open, make any selections necessary to refine the procedure description: If the IORTS Side picklist opens, select the side or bilateral, or select the blank at the top of the picklist to continue without selecting the side. Select a surgeon from the Surgeon picklist. Enter the date of surgery. Click Cancel if you do not want to enter a surgery date at this time. Procedures gri

Remove a Fracture Care Code

Add a Diagnoses for Poly Trauma
Use the top grids on the FC PolyTrauma template to add diagnoses to the specific body areas for today’s treatment. On the FC PolyTrauma template, expand the Assessment and Plan panel. Diagnoses on the FC PolyTrauma template Right-click on the grid for the body area and select Add New. Diagnoses for left lower extremity fracture care A diagnosis template opens. Each body area has its own diagnosis template. Click the Side field to enter the side of the body. Click the Fracture field to enter the fracture description. Type the ICD code in the ICD field. Add Fracture Care Procedure Codes
You can add a procedure code to each Fx Care (Fracture 1, 2, 3) entry. You can use the IORTS Px Xpo Procedures template to add procedure codes (follow the instructions in the section Add a Surgical Procedure 29 ) or click Procedure IT if your practice uses IMO. The procedure codes that you add enter the Fracture fields in order from left to right (1-3). Assessment and Plan Panel for Poly Trauma
The Assessment and Plan panel for Polytrauma enables the provider to submit unlimited fracture care codes. It is broken down by body area; left upper extremity, right upper extremity, spine/pelvis, left lower extremity, and right lower extremity. The grids in the top row show diagnoses/assessments, the second row of grids displays procedure codes. You can enter details for procedure orders, diagnostic tests and labs, and a management plan for each body area, as well as next visit information, X-rays, and verbal counseling.
