Select Diagnoses for Today’s Visit

You can add up to three diagnoses in the Fracture Care 1 to Fracture Care 3 fields for today’s visit. Select a diagnosis from the Past Diagnosis grid. It immediately fills the next open Fx Care field option until all three are filled. Fracture Care Procedure Code

You can enter the Fracture Care procedure code from the following areas: A procedure page on the IORTS Px Xpo template. See Add a Surgical Procedure. Add Fracture Care Procedure Codes

You can add unlimited fracture codes to each body area grid. Fracture care procedure codes on the FC Poly Trauma template Click the Procedure Codes button under the appropriate body area grid. Add Surgical Procedure Codes

You can add up to eight procedures using the Procedures Code button and the IORTS Px XPO template, or five procedures using the Procedure IT button and IMO functionality. If you enter more than five procedure codes, only five appear in the fields on this page. However, all procedures appear on patient documentation. Note: Selecting the P check box to the left of a procedure code fields indicate that the procedure is possibly going to be performed, but may not be, based on the surgeon’s discretion or insurance authorization. To add procedures, do one of the following: To add procedures from the IORTS Px XPO template, click the Procedure Codes button. The IORTS Px XPO template opens on a default procedure page based on practice or provider. If you are licensed for IMO functionality, click the Procedure IT button to add procedure codes. Add a Procedure on the Surgery Coding Template

To add a procedure, do one of the following: If using IMO, click the Procedure IT button to launch the IMO template. Click the Procedure Codes button below the Procedures grid to launch the IORTS Px Xpo template. Click on procedures to be billed in the grid. When you click on a procedure, it moves to the coding grid and a check mark appears next to it in the Procedures grid. Only the procedures with a check mark in the Procedures grid and that are in the coding grid can be submitted to Superbill or the patient’s histories. Add a Surgical Procedure

To open the IORTS Px Xpo template, do one of the following: Under the following grids, click Add: Orthopedic Surgical History grid on the Intake template Surgical History grid on the Intake template Procedures grid on the Surgery Coding template On templates where you are adding procedures to diagnoses/assessments (for example, the Single or Multi Fx template), click the Procedure Codes button. If the Procedure Page field is blank or you want to select a different value, click the Procedure Page field, and select a value from the list and click OK. IORTS Procedure Page window Select a procedure code. If picklists open, make any selections necessary to refine the procedure description: If the IORTS Side picklist opens, select the side or bilateral, or select the blank at the top of the picklist to continue without selecting the side. Select a surgeon from the Surgeon picklist. Enter the date of surgery. Click Cancel if you do not want to enter a surgery date at this time. Procedures gri
