Update a Lab Order

  1. Open the Provider - OPH template, expand the Orders panel, and then select Labs from the Filters section.
    A grid with all the lab orders appears.
  2. Select an order from the grid and then click Edit.
    The Lab - Orders window opens.

  3. Update the appropriate sections.
  4. If a lab test is completed, then enter a reason for completion and interpretation.
  5. Enter the result details.
  6. Click Save and click Close.
