Set Up the Practice as an ASC in the Practice System Master File
The Ophthalmology ASC practice is required to be set up in the Practices system master file.
In File Maintenance, click Practices under Master Files - System to open the Practices List window.
Click the Menu icon below the Locations List Search field and select New ... to open the Add Practice Information tabs.
Select the Practice Defaults tab and enter name, address, and practice licensing information for the practice.
Add locations:
Click the yellow Folder button to open a Locations tabs.
Select a location by highlighting a location in the Available list on the left and clicking the right arrow button to move the location to the Included list on the right side.
Click OK.
Click OK when you have completed entering information for the location.
Click Close to close the Locations Search window.
