Link a Procedure to an Assessment from the Procedure Billing Grid

You can link a procedure to an assessment on the Finalize - OPH template. In the Diagnosis panel, select an assessment in the Today's Assessments grid. In the Procedure Billing panel, select a procedure. In the Diagnosis panel, click the Link Diagnosis to Procedure button. Associate Multiple Assessments to a Procedure

Tests and procedures can be linked to multiple assessments using the Tests and Procedure Update - Oph template. Procedure Billing in Ophthalmology

Providers can handle procedure billing for NextGen® Ophthalmic Suite, including linking procedures to one or more diagnoses on the Procedure Billing panel on the Finalize - OPH template. The Procedures/Tests grid displays procedures performed during the encounter.
