Record Accommodative Facility Findings
In the Accommodative Facility section, enter the values for Target: OD. For the + and - signs, select Pass or Fail Enter the values for Target: OS. For + and - select Pass or Fail Enter the Vectogram type and then enter the values for BO and BI. For Vergence Facility, select Pass or Fail and enter cycles per minute in the cpm field. You can review and add findings for Visual Acuity and Lensometry/Refraction. In addition, you can document the following tests for motility and visual skills: Accommodative Facility Worth 4 Dot Test Corneal Light Reflex Eye Movement King - Devick Test® Visual Skills Testing Visual Testing You can also document findings related to Strabismus and Amblyopia. In addition, you can enter concerns, goals, and progress for vision therapy.
