Past Ocular History

You can add, update, and view a history of ocular conditions, procedures, and treatments for the patient on the Past Ocular History panel.

You can use the fields above the grid to document that the patient has a prosthetic eye and to indicate the type of review performed. The Procedures button opens the Record Patient Procedure - OPH template, where you can document the details for procedures performed and view a historical record of procedures for the patient.
