Templates Used for Ophthalmology Configuration

The following templates are used for configuring settings and content for Ophthalmology. Template Description Eye Configuration This practice template is where you configure settings specific to the Ophthalmology specialty. Practice Configuration Practice-level template used for configuring practice preferences for the functioning of important features throughout the system by selecting from options currently available. You can set the pronoun to be used in concatenation for the HPI and enable gender related details to appear in the chart note. Add SNOMED Code for an Ocular Disease and Procedure

In the Custom DB Picklists top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. The selected DB picklist OPH OcularHistory appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Items in the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist appear in the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid. Click Configure. The Ocular History Setup template opens with pre-configured data list items displaying in the grid. ngkbm ocular history set up template To add a new SNOMED code, click the Add New List Item link. The fields above the grid become available for documentation. To configure the SNOMED codes for an ocular disease or procedure accessible to a specific practice, click the Practice ID field and select the practice. Click the Category field and select an ocular disease. Click the Disease/Procedure field and select either disease or procedure to group the SNOMED code with the selected Category. Enter the SNOMED Code Value. Enter the Description to associate with the Code Value for the selected Category and Disease or Procedure. Click Add.The new oc

Remove Ocular History Data

You can remove an OPH Ocular record from the Ocular History Setup template to remove a SNOMED codified ocular disease or procedure. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. Click Configure. The Ocular History Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. Edit Ocular History Data

In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. Click Configure. The Ocular History Setup template opens and displays pre-configured data in the grid. Select the row with the ocular disease or procedure to be edited. The data appears in the corresponding fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields and click Update. Add SNOMED Code for an Ocular Disease and Procedure

In the Custom DB Picklists top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. The selected DB picklist OPH OcularHistory appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Items in the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist appear in the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid. Click Configure in the header of the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel. The Configure button on the header of the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel appears only when you select the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist in the grid at the top of the template. If the Configure button is not visible, select the OPH OcularHistory DB Picklist in the grid at the top of the template again.
