Add SNOMED Code for an Ocular Disease and Procedure

In the Custom DB Picklists top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. The selected DB picklist OPH OcularHistory appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Items in the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist appear in the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid. Click Configure. To configure the SNOMED codes for an ocular disease or procedure accessible to a specific practice, click the Practice ID field and select the practice. Remove Ocular History Data

You can remove an OPH Ocular record from the Ocular History Setup template to remove a SNOMED codified ocular disease or procedure. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. Click Configure. The Ocular History Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. Ocular History and SNOMED Codes

The Custom Dbpicklist system template and the OPH OcularHistory custom DB picklist is used for configuring Ophthalmology related diseases and procedures to include SNOMED codes when documenting ocular history on the Ocular History – OPH template . Using a custom DB picklist enables practices to easily maintain and update Ophthalmology diseases, procedures, and SNOMED code information to meet their needs. The Custom DB Picklists system template can be accessed from the Configuration Home template or the File menu. Edit Ocular History Data

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select OPH OcularHistory and select Configure from the Step 2 Edit List Items panel header. Select Configure.The Ocular History Setup template opens and displays pre-configured data in the grid. Select the row with the ocular disease or procedure to be edited.The data appears in the corresponding fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields. Remove Ocular History Data
