Remove Ocular History Data
You can remove an OPH Ocular record from the Ocular History Setup template to remove a SNOMED codified ocular disease or procedure. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. Select Configure in the Step 2 panel header.The Ocular History Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. Add SNOMED® Code for an Ocular Disease and Procedure
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. In the Custom DB Picklists top grid, select OPH OcularHistory.The selected DB picklist OPH OcularHistory appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Items in the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist appear in the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid. Select Configure in the header of the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel. Note: The Configure button on the header of the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel appears only when you select the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist in the grid at the top of the template. If the Configure button is not visible, select the OPH OcularHistory DB Picklist in the grid at the top of the template again. The Ocular History Setup template opens with pre-configured data list items displaying in the grid. Options in Ocular History Setup To add a new SNOMED code, select the Add New List Items link on the Ocular History Setup template.The fields above the grid become available for documentation. Add SNOMED Code for an Ocular Disease and Procedure
In the Custom DB Picklists top grid, select OPH OcularHistory. The selected DB picklist OPH OcularHistory appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Items in the OPH OcularHistory DB picklist appear in the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items grid. Click Configure. Ocular History and SNOMED Codes
The Custom Dbpicklist system template and the OPH OcularHistory custom DB picklist is used for configuring Ophthalmology related diseases and procedures to include SNOMED codes when documenting ocular history on the Ocular History – OPH template . Using a custom DB picklist enables practices to easily maintain and update Ophthalmology diseases, procedures, and SNOMED code information to meet their needs. The Custom DB Picklists system template can be accessed from the Configuration Home template or the File menu.
