Lensometry and Refraction Exam Findings Documented
The Lensometry/Refraction panel has several sections for documenting glasses prescriptions and refraction.

| Cycloplegic | Results of refraction measured after the administration of cycloplegic eye drops to temporarily paralyze the focusing muscles of the eye are documented. |
