Keratometry Exam

The Keratometry panel displays current encounter exam findings, as well as findings for the last five encounters, in separate grids for OD and OS on the Prelim Exam - OPH and Provider - OPH templates.

The Keratometry panel can be found on multiple templates, including.

• Prelim Exam – OPH – used for technician workflow
• Provider – OPH – used for provider workflow
• Oph EyeTech – used for documenting technician exam findings

The Historical Keratometry grid in the Keratometry link opens Eye Oph Eyetech template, where you can view a history of keratometry exams and findings.

Keratometry measures the curvature of the cornea. For Keratometry fields with a blue arrow to the right, you can click the field and enter the data or click the blue arrow and select values from the lists or onscreen numeric keypads that open for the field.
