Document Auto-Keratometry Findings

  1. Click Add on the Lensometry/Refraction panel.
  2. Expand the Lensometry/Refraction panel.
    Data entry fields for Lensometry and Refraction appear
  3. In the Auto-Keratometry section, enter values for OD values (right eye), if appropriate.
    1. For each of the following, click the field to enter a value. If no value is needed, click OK.
      • R1
      • R1 Axis
      • R2
      • R2 Axis
    2. Average – The average of the values entered for R1 and R2 automatically calculates and appears in the field.
    3. CO size – Click the field and select the value for cornea size.
    4. PU size – Click the field and select the value for pupil size.
  4. If appropriate, repeat step 2 to enter OS values (left eye).
  5. Enter a brief comment in the Comments field.
  6. When you have finished, do one of the following:
    • Click OK to save values to the exam grids and exit the template.
    • Proceed to document the next exam.
