You can send orders to NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and task to yourself, a workgroup, or a NextGen® Enterprise user.
To send the order to NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select Send To EHR.
Note: The Send To EHR option is not available when your device is offline.
Note: When you send the laboratory or radiology order to NextGen® Enterprise EHR, an audit record is logged as Lab Created or Radiology Created in Audit Report Tool under the application name, Mobile.

The order is sent, and the Select Recipient(s) view opens.
To send the task, select the recipient from Favorites or Workgroups, and then select Send Task.
The task is sent, and the Today's Visit tab in the Patient Chart view opens where you can view the laboratory and radiology orders placed for the selected encounter and the order count.
Note: If you want to send the task to yourself, you must send the task without selecting a recipient.
To view the order details, select an ordered test under Orders.
Note: When you view a laboratory or radiology order in NextGen® Mobile, an audit record is logged as Lab Viewed or Radiology Viewed in Audit Report Tool under the application name, Mobile.

The Order Detail view opens where you can view the order information, test type, assigned diagnosis, ordering provider, location, and so forth.
