Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. After upgrading, when you open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, the What's New window opens automatically displaying the new features documentation. Note: You can select Do not display until the next release to view the window until the next release. To view the previous release documentation, you must visit NextGen Healthcare Success Community. Optional: To open the new features window manually, select What's New. Select the corresponding link to download and view the document. To view the user guides and release notes, select Notes & Guides. The NextGen Mobile Solutions Release Notes and User Guides window opens where you can view the user guides and release notes. To report the technical issues, select Contact Support. The support team view opens displaying the different options to contact the NextGen® Mobile support team, and create issues in NextGen Healthcare Success Community. Set Up Your Profile
You can configure your account profile settings, including personal information, password management, enrollment notifications, and dashboard preferences, in My Profile. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select your username.My Profile opens. In Manage Your Profile, enter the necessary information. You can select Default Tab to automatically open the specified tab when you open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. In Manage Your Password, enter and confirm your password. To view the job activity for dictating providers in your clinic on the dashboard, in Dashboard Configuration, select the Select All checkbox or choose from the Select Providers list. NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal supports and tracks the usage of NextGen® Mobile. You can manage the clinic jobs, users, and other resources contained in the NextGen® Mobile deployment. You can also monitor and report on-job activity, and send messages to communicate with other NextGen® Mobile users. You can use the current and previous versions of the following browsers to work with NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal: Microsoft® Edge Mozilla® Firefox Apple® Safari Google® Chrome Note: You can view the supported browsers on the logon page by selecting the Browser Requirements.
