Prerequisites for Using NextGen® Mobile

To use NextGen® Mobile seamlessly, you must do the following: Apply NextGen® Enterprise API licenses. Set up System Administrator and File Maintenance permissions and configurations. Link the NextGen® Enterprise user credentials to your provider in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Register for the Early Access Program

You can register for the Early Access Program (EAP) to explore new features, assess usability and other issues, and share your observations with the NextGen® Mobile team. Note: Registration for the EAP is available for NextGen® Enterprise users during a specified period. Open NextGen® Mobile. In Hub, select the EAP icon.The upcoming features are summarized along with the tentative EAP schedule. In Early Access Program, select I am Interested. Set Up NextGen® Mobile on First Logon

Install NextGen® Mobile from the App Store®. Open NextGen® Mobile. A message appears requesting permission to use your mobile features. Turn on permissions for the following: Contacts Calendar Camera Microphone Touch ID® Face ID® Note: You can use face recognition or fingerprint to easily open NextGen® Mobile. You can turn on or turn off Face ID and Touch ID from Settings. Notifications Create a PIN with four to six digits. Note: If you forget your PIN, you must reinstall NextGen® Mobile. You can change your PIN from Settings. To log on, enter the username and password, and then select Log in or, if applicable, Log in with an invitation code. Two Factor Authentication opens. Select SMS Authentication (text message) or Email Authentication. NextGen® Mobile sends a one-time password (OTP) as a text message or email. Enter the verification code, and then select Verify.
