You can pair NextGen® Mobile with multiple desktops. Up to 100 devices can be displayed on the Paired Devices window.
- Open NextGen® Mobile.
- Select Direct to Desktop.
The
Dictation window opens.
- Select Pair a Device.
The OTP verification view opens.
- Open NextGen D2D on the desktop to pair.
- Select Pair New Device.
A four digit OTP appears.
- Enter the OTP in NextGen® Mobile.
- Select Verify and Proceed.
A message appears confirming that the device is paired.
- Select OKAY.
The Dictation window opens indicating that the desktop device is connected.
- To pair another desktop, select

The Paired Devices window opens.
- Select Pair a Device.
The OTP verification view opens.
- Enter the OTP, and then complete the verification.
