Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. After upgrading, when you open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, the What's New window opens automatically displaying the new features documentation. Note: You can select Do not display until the next release to view the window until the next release. To view the previous release documentation, you must visit NextGen Healthcare Success Community. Optional: To open the new features window manually, select What's New. Select the corresponding link to download and view the document. To view the user guides and release notes, select Notes & Guides. The NextGen Mobile Solutions Release Notes and User Guides window opens where you can view the user guides and release notes. To report the technical issues, select Contact Support. The support team view opens displaying the different options to contact the NextGen® Mobile support team, and create issues in NextGen Healthcare Success Community. Set Up Your Profile

You can configure your account profile settings, including personal information, password management, enrollment notifications, and dashboard preferences, in My Profile. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select your username.My Profile opens. In Manage Your Profile, enter the necessary information. You can select Default Tab to automatically open the specified tab when you open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. In Manage Your Password, enter and confirm your password. To view the job activity for dictating providers in your clinic on the dashboard, in Dashboard Configuration, select the Select All checkbox or choose from the Select Providers list. NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal supports and tracks the usage of NextGen® Mobile. You can manage the clinic jobs, users, and other resources contained in the NextGen® Mobile deployment. You can also monitor and report on-job activity, and send messages to communicate with other NextGen® Mobile users. Set Up NextGen® Mobile on First Logon

Install NextGen® Mobile from the App Store®. Open NextGen® Mobile. A message appears requesting permission to use your mobile features. Turn on permissions for the following: Contacts Calendar Camera Microphone Touch ID® Face ID® Note: You can use face recognition or fingerprint to easily open NextGen® Mobile. You can turn on or turn off Face ID and Touch ID from Settings. Notifications Create a PIN with four to six digits. Note: If you forget your PIN, you must reinstall NextGen® Mobile. You can change your PIN from Settings. To log on, enter the username and password, and then select Log in or, if applicable, Log in with an invitation code. Two Factor Authentication opens. Select SMS Authentication (text message) or Email Authentication. NextGen® Mobile sends a one-time password (OTP) as a text message or email. Enter the verification code, and then select Verify. Add Existing Users to Clinics

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Select Add Existing User.The Select User page in Add Existing User Wizard opens and lists available users. Search for and select a user, and then select Next.The Verify Data page opens. In NextGen Username, enter the username to ensure that the NextGen® Enterprise username is linked in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.The additional information fields are automatically filled. In Active Directory Account, search for and then select a directory.You can link your active directory account with the NextGen® Mobile account. If you deactivate the Active Directory account, the NextGen® Mobile account is automatically deactivated. In Additional Information, verify and update the user information if needed, and then select Next.The Verify Notification Preferences page opens. In Notification Categories and Notification Medium, select the necessary checkboxes, and then select Create User. You can schedule a date and time

View User Accounts

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. The green check mark in Dictation Setup indicates that the user is setup with the mobile dictation. By default, the results are sorted alphabetically by name. You can sort the data by selecting the column header, and you can rearrange the columns by selecting and dragging the columns. Users opens displaying the users list. Search for and select a username. You can select the Dictators, Notification Preferences, Macros, and Personal Dictionary tabs to view and edit the corresponding details. Edit User opens displaying the User Information tab by default. You can view the username, additional information, and the assigned permission group details. Optional: To view the deactivated users, select Show Disabled Users. Optional: To export the list of users to a Microsoft Excel®, select Export to Excel. The list is downloaded to your computer.
