Reactivate an Administering Template Picklist Item
You can restore an inactive picklist item to the active list. Select the template in the Template field. If necessary, make selections in any preceding grids to populate the grid for the picklist that has the item you want to remove. Select the Inactive option above the desired grid. Select the item from the grid. Select the Toggle button. The item is Active in the picklist and visible in the grid when the Active option is selected. Removing and Restoring Picklist Items
You cannot delete items that you have added to the picklist grids, but you can toggle them between Active status (appear in the picklist and are displayed in the grid when you select the Active option) and Inactive status (do not appear in the picklist, and are displayed in the grid when you select the Inactive option). Remove a Picklist Item
Select the Active option above the grid. Select the item in the grid that you want to remove from the picklist. Select the Toggle button. The item moves to the inactive list.
