You can update tasks that are already configured for medical record templates in NextGen® Medication Inventory Control.
 
  - On the Specialty Config Home template, select Tasking Manager from the left navigation bar.
   
    The MICS Tasking Manager system template opens.
   
 
  - Expand the Tasks panel.
 
  - From the Tasks grid, select the task to update.
   
    The task details are automatically filled in their corresponding fields.
   
 
  - Update the task details as needed.
   
    Note: You cannot edit Call Name and Call Description fields.
    
 
     
  - To deactivate the task without updating any other details, clear the Enabled checkbox.
 
  - Select Add . Update.
   
    The updated details are saved to the selected task.
