Use the follow-up section to document when and who the patient should follow-up with, the reason for follow-up, and that post-procedure instructions were given to the patient.
To schedule a follow-up visit, mark the Schedule Follow-up Visit check box.
Select the Timeframe field and select a timeframe for the follow-up visit.
Select the Follow-up with field and select a healthcare provider from the picklist.
Document the reason for the next visit by checking the For injection check box or clicking in the Other field to select an item from the picklist.
If the patient was given post-injection instructions, check the Appropriate post injection instructions given check box.
