Follow-Up and Timeframe Panel

Use the grids on the Follow-Up and Timeframe panel to configure the picklists that open for the Follow-Up and Timeframe on the MICS Injections/Aspirations template or the MICS MedAdmin OPH template. The Follow-Up and Timeframe grids list items alphabetically. They do not come pre-loaded. Since you cannot type into the Follow-Up and Timeframe fields, to enter anything in them, you must add at least one entry to their picklists. Additional Procedure Information

The Additional Procedure Information panel has grids used to configure picklists for the following fields on the MICS Injections/Aspirationsand MICS MedAdmin OPHtemplates: Technique Anesthetic Gage (of Needle) Improvement Appearance (of fluid aspirated) Medical Necessity Each of the grids in the Additional Procedure Information panel comes pre-loaded with entries, and has a pair of up/down arrows to the right, that you can use to arrange the order that entries in the grid appear in the picklist. The order of items in the grid is the order that items will appear in the picklist. The procedures for adding entries to grids, updating entries,making entries inactive so that they do not show in the picklist, and re-ordering them are the same for all of the grids. Configuring Picklists for the Injections/Aspirations Template

You can configure picklists for the following fields on the MICS Injections/Aspirations medical record template: Admin Types Body Part Side Location Portal/Approach You can configure the picklists in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel on the Medication Picklist system template. Configurable picklist fields on MICS Injections/Aspirations template Note: You must select MLTS_inj_proc_admin in the Template field of the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel to enable the configurations for MICS Injection/Aspirations template. Procedure Types You can select procedure type as injection or aspiration based on the procedure being documented. Manage Admin Types for Injections/Aspirations template You can add or update the picklist values for the Admin Type fields on the MICS Injections/Aspirations template. Configuring Picklists for the MICS MedAdmin OPH Template

You can configure picklists for Admin Type and Body Part fields on the MICS MedAdmin OPH medical record template. You can configure picklists using Admin Types and Body Parts grids in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel on the Medication Picklist system template. Note: You must select MLTS_medAdmin_OPH in the Template field of the Administering Template BodyPart/Location panel to enable the configurations for MICS MedAdmin OPH template. You can configure picklists related to procedures, body parts, and locations for the MICS Med Management template. On the Medication Picklist template, in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel, you can configure and manage picklists for the fields that are related to procedures, body parts, and locations of the MICS Med Management template. The following table describes the sections in the Administering Template Body Part/Location panel and the related fields on the MICS Med Management template. The Secondary Locations and Portals/Approaches sections are not applicable for the MICS Med Management template. You can configure picklists for fields on the Medication Dispensing and Medication Dispensing and Administration panels of the MICS Dispensing medical record template.
