The System Password action automatically returns the stored values of user name and password from an external system.
- Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup.
- Select the System Password action.
The
System Password window opens.
- From the System list, select the variable or template field that populates the external system at run time.
- From the User list, select the variable or template field that populates the user name at run time.
- From the Password list, select the variable or template field that populates the password at run time.
- To save the information and close the window, select OK.
- If necessary, set up a specific condition for the System Password action to be triggered.
- Select OK and save your template.
