Set up Refresh Template Trigger

The Refresh Template action refreshes the display of template structure and/or data at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Refresh Template action . Set up Save Template Trigger

The Save Template action automatically saves the template. CAUTION: If you set up a Launch Document Trigger, and the template contains data that needs to be displayed on the launched document, set up a Save Template or Set up Save & Close Template Trigger first on the same field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Save Template action. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Save Template action to be triggered. Set up Print Note Trigger

The Print Note action automatically prints data from a specific note field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Print Note action. The Print Note window opens. Select a note to be printed. To save the information and close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Print Note action to be triggered. Set up Toggle Sidebar Trigger

The Toggle Sidebar action enables users to show/hide a Sidebar template. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Toggle Sidebar action. The Toggle Sidebar window opens. Select the necessary state from the list: Toggle. Switches the Sidebar template to the opposite state: hides it if it is shown and shows it if it is hidden Hide. Hides the Sidebar template Show. Shows the Sidebar template To close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Toggle Sidebar action to be triggered. Select OK and save your template. Set up Refresh Data Grid Trigger

The Refresh Data Grid action refreshes the display of information in the preselected data sheet/grid field at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Refresh Data Grid action. The Refresh Data Grid window opens. Select the specific data sheet/grid you want to be refreshed at run time. Select Script It. The Script Clipboard window opens with the script of the label. To copy the script to clipboard, select Copy to Clipboard. To save the information and close the window, select OK. Set up Launch Image Trigger

The Launch Image action enables you to save the current template and then launch a preselected image. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Launch Image action. The Launch Image window opens. Select an image to be launched from the selected field. To save the information and close the window, select OK.
