Insert a Patient Education Component

The Patient Education component enables you to view documents in the chart, save documents to the encounter, remove patient education documents from the cart, print patient education documents, and send documents to NextGen® PxP Portal. This component displays Patient Education documents that were added to the cart using Patient Education Browser.

You can insert a Patient Education component field on a Medical Records template. You can place one or more components on a template. You can hide the component when the template is launched using the Hidden property.
