window, select the macro function you want to delete In the
Library
window.

to the right of the window.
The macro function is deleted from the window.

Update a Macro Function
On the Macro Function Library window, select the macro function you want to update in the Library window. Information for the selected macro function fills the Function, Name, and Comments boxes and the Function Body window. Change the name, comments, expression, and parameters, as needed, following the instructions in Add a Macro Function. To save the changes, select Update to the right of the Library window. To generate a list of current macro functions in a log file, enter the full file path in the Log to File box. Select OK. Parent topic: Macro Functions

View Macro Functions
You can view existing macro functions and update or delete them as required. You can generate a list of current macro functionsto a specified file location. Do one of the following: Select the Macro Function button on the Main toolbar. In the Trigger Info or Assign Field Values window, right-click a macro function in the Macro Functions list, and then select Show Functions Library. Right-click the body of a template, and then select Macro Functions from the shortcut menu. The Macro Function Library window opens. The Library window lists existing macro function information in four columns: Function name, Macro content, Parameter List, and Comment, if entered. To sort the list by a particular column in ascending or descending order, select the column header. To reverse the order, select the column header again. Add a Macro Function
On the Macro Function Library window, enter the name for the new macro function in the USR box. You can include an underscore in the name, but none of the following special characters: ! ' " # $ % & ( ) * + , - . / \ : ; < > = ? @ [ ] ^ ` { } | ~ If applicable, fill in the Comments box. In the Function Body window, enter the expression or enter it through the following selections: Double-click the applicable item(s) in the Functions and Macro Functions lists. To quickly find and select a picklist, enter "PICK: to display the Pick List window. To display an IntelliSense list of options that you can select, enter the applicable IntelliSense characters. To replace all instances of a field, variable, or function in the condition with another field, variable, or function, you can use the Find and Replace feature. Select the applicable operator buttons. Your selections are added to the Function Body window. The syntax is color-coded as follows: Literal (fixed value) - Blue Operators - Gray &

Macro Functions
Macro functions are custom functions for expressions that you can reuse in more than one template. Macro functions can include standard functions and other macro functions. You can insert macro functions in value calculations on the Assign Field Value window and in conditions on the Trigger Info window. You can export and import macro functions through the Template Import/Export utility. Macro functions can be created by users or by NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine administrators. The functions are prefixed by either USR for user-defined or NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine-defined. Note: You can use NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine macro functions in expressions, but you cannot update or delete them. Remove Attributes
In the Attributes section, select the required attribute. Select Remove. The attributes are removed from the Attributes section. Select OK. Parent topic: Attributes

Delete Formats
You can only delete the number formats that are specified. From the Master Files - System list, select Formats. The Formats List window opens. Double-click a format in the Formats list. The Formats window opens. In the Acceptable Number Formats list, select a number format. Select Open Menu , and then select Delete. Note: You can also right-click a number format, then select Delete.
