Update Attributes
In the Attributes section, select the required attribute. Make the necessary changes in Attribute, Type, Description, and Default Value. Select Update. The attributes are updated and displayed in the Attributes section. Select OK. Parent topic: Attributes

Set Up List Attributes
From the Tools menu, select Attributes. The Attribute Setup window opens. In Attribute, enter the name. In Type, select List. The Add field appears. In Description, enter the required description. Enter the value in the field, and then select Add. The values are now added to the Default Values list. To update or delete the values from the Default Values list, do the following as per your requirement: Select the required value, and then select Update. Select the required value, and then select Remove. In the Default Value list, select the required value. In the Attributes section, select Add. The attributes are added in the Attributes section. If you are in the user mode then attribute name starts with USR and if you are in the admin mode, then attribute name starts with KBM. To clear the existing values, select Clear, and then select OK. View or Edit Annotation Properties

Delete Fields
Do one of the following: To delete a single field, right-click the field, and then select Delete from the shortcut menu. To delete multiple fields, select and hold CTRL as you select each field, and then right-click and select Delete from the shortcut menu. A window opens prompting you to confirm the deletion. Removing a Tag
To remove tags, select the rows you wish to delete and then select the Remove button at the top-right of the tags table. Parent topic: Tags Table

Remove a Communication Panel
In the Panels section of the Edit Panels window, select a panel. Select Remove. The Remove window appears, requiring you to confirm the action. Select Yes to remove the panel, or select No to retain it. If you select Yes, the panel and its properties are removed from the database and are not displayed in the Panels section.
