Set up Print Graph Trigger

The Print Graph action automatically prints data from a selected graph to a default printer and displays a print notification. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Print Graph action. The Print Graph window opens. Select the graph field to print data from. To save the information and close the window, select OK. Set up Print Note Trigger

The Print Note action automatically prints data from a specific note field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Print Note action. The Print Note window opens. Select a note to be printed. To save the information and close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Print Note action to be triggered. Export Audio Trigger

The Export Audio action allows users to automatically export an audio file from the note field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Export Audio action. The Export Audio window opens. Select the template field to export the audio file from. To export any text that was saved in the audio note field, select the Include Text checkbox. To save the information and close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Export Audio action to be triggered. Select OK and save your template. Set up Reports Trigger

The Reports action provides you with a set of reports template triggers. Using these triggers, you can display a specific report or a full list of available reports, or you can generate a specific report. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Reports action. The Reports Action window opens. From the Action list, select one of these actions. Display Report Select the Report Type and Report Name from the respective lists. Report List Generate Report From the Enterprise list, select Y or N or a template field. To save the information and close the window, select OK. Set up Launch Image Trigger

The Launch Image action allows you to save the current template and then launch a preselected image. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Launch Image action. The Launch Image window opens. Select an image to be launched from the selected field. To save the information and close the window, select OK. Set up Save & Close Template Trigger

The Save & Close Template action automatically saves and closes the template. CAUTION: If you set up a Launch Document trigger and the template contains data that needs to be displayed on the launched document, set up a Save Template or Save & Close Template trigger first on the same field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Save & Close Template action. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Save & Close Template action to be triggered.
