Export Audio Trigger

The Export Audio action enables users to automatically export an audio file from the note field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Export Audio action. The Export Audio window opens. Select the template field to export the audio file from. To export any text that was saved in the audio note field, select the Include Text check box To save the information and close the window, select OK. Manage Clear Trigger

The Clear action clears all edit fields on a template at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Clear action to display the Clear window, which asks if you want to prompt. Select an option in response to Should the user be prompted during the execution of this trigger? To prompt the user to confirm the Clear action at run time, select Yes. If you do not want to prompt the user, select No. To set the prompt from a template field, select the Use Template Field option, and then select the field from the list. To save the information and close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Clear action to be triggered. To save the trigger and close the Trigger Info window, select OK. The trigger is listed in the Triggers window. Select OK and save your template. Set up Show Item Trigger

The Show Item action displays the selected, previously hidden field(s) on the template at run time. Follow the steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Show Item action. The Show Template Field window opens. From the Available Template Fields pane, select each field you want to show, and then select Add. The selected fields appear in the Fields to Show pane. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. Note: You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Show pane and selecting the Remove button. From the Filter list, select the required filters. The Available Template Fields pane now only displays the selected filter. Note: If you have selected multiple fields to set up this trigger, the fields are automatically selected, if applicable to the action. The field that triggers the action is not included. You can remove any of the selected fields and add others. Select Script It. The Script Clipboard window opens with the script of the labe

The Launch Image action allows you to save the current template and then launch a preselected image. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Launch Image action. The Launch Image window opens. Select an image to be launched from the selected field. To save the information and close the window, select OK.
