Set up Reports Trigger

The Reports action provides you with a set of reports template triggers. Using these triggers, you can display a specific report or a full list of available reports, or you can generate a specific report. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Reports action. The Reports Action window opens. From the Action list, select one of these actions. Display Report Select the Report Type and Report Name from the respective lists. Report List Generate Report From the Enterprise list, select Y or N or a template field. To save the information and close the window, select OK. Set up Toggle Item Trigger

You can use the Toggle Item trigger to set up trigger for Enable/Disable or Show/Hide actions. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Toggle Item action.The Toggle Item window opens. From the Action list, select the applicable action. Enable or Disable Show or Hide From the Available Template Fields pane, select each field you want to show, and then select Add.The selected fields appear in the Fields to Show pane. You can select the multiple fields by selecting the Ctrl button. Note: You can remove the selected fields by selecting the fields from Fields to Show pane and selecting the Remove button. From the Filter list, select the required filters.The Available Template Fields pane now only displays the selected filter. Note: If you have selected multiple fields to set up this trigger, the fields are automatically selected, if applicable to the action. The field that triggers the action is not included. You can remove any of the selected fields and add others.

Run Command

The Run Commands feature allows you to create, manage, and customize commands for various controls in templates, enabling flexible modifications to NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine templates. You can create and view various run commands for controls such as radio buttons, text fields, buttons, and check boxes. You can also update and delete the saved commands, if required. You can use the run command to customize the existing NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine templates such as adding or updating fields, changing the background image, and size, switching from sub-template to template, applying triggers, changing the template name, and so forth. Update a Run Command

You can update or modify a run command in the Run Commands window. Open Template Editor. On the main toolbar, select Run Commands .The Run Commands window opens. Under the Master list, select the command that needs to be updated.The command appears in the Details section of the Run Commands window. Details of the command appear in the data entry fields below the Master list. In the Details section, select the command.The command function appears in the Commands section below in the Run Commands window. Select the Enable/Disable button to enable/disable the command detail item. In the Commands section, update the command as required. Select Update.The command is updated in the Run Commands window. Create a Run Command

On the Run Commands window, you can create run command to customize the controls such as radio buttons, text fields, buttons, and checkboxes of the required NextGen Adaptive Content Engine template. Open Template Editor. On the main toolbar, select Run Commands .The Run Commands window opens. To insert the command, do one of the following: Enter { in the Command section to display the list of available functions and select the required function. Do the following: From the Action list, select the required action script. Select the ellipsis button to display the calculate window. Select or modify the required fields. Select OK. Select color from the list. Select Apply. Note: The command is displayed in the Command field. In the Details section, select Add. Under the Conditions section, enter the required conditions in the tabs. Note: Conditions use standard trigger condition syntax. Checked decides whether a menu item has a checked status shown on it. Enable decides if a menu item should
