The retail service levels for pharmacies are obtained from Surescripts. Because the pharmacy information is downloaded, you cannot change the settings.
In File Maintenance, from Master Files > System, select Pharmacies.
On the Pharmacies List window, double-click a pharmacy.
The Modify Pharmacy Information window opens.
Select the ePrescribing tab.
If the pharmacy is already mapped to an ePrescribing pharmacy, this tab displays the ePrescribing pharmacy and retail service level details. If the pharmacy participates in the Surescripts retail pharmacy network, the Retail Service Level section indicates which actions the pharmacy can take with electronic prescriptions.
