Validation Logic Used by the Utility

The ePrescribing Provider Migration utility uses the following logic to validate the information associated with the providers enrolled with Surescripts:

• Check NPI
• Check DEA ID (if using ePCS)
• Check Last Name
• Check First Name
• Check Address
• Check City
• Check State
• Check Zip
• Check Phone Number
• Check Fax Number
• Check Email
