Stop Active Recalls for an Expired Patient
- Open the Modify Person Information or Modify Patient Information window to update the expired patient data.
- Select the Expired checkbox.
The Expired Date field becomes active.
- Enter the Expired Date for the person or patient.
- Select Yes to cancel them or No to keep them.
Note: When Yes and Recall Plan Stop Reason tracking is turned on, a reason should be selected and confirmed.
- Select OK.
