Stop Active Recalls for an Expired Patient

  1. Open the Modify Person Information or Modify Patient Information window to update the expired patient data.
  2. Select the Expired checkbox.
    The Expired Date field becomes active.
  3. Enter the Expired Date for the person or patient.
  4. Select Yes to cancel them or No to keep them.
  5. Select OK.
