Set up PAQ Refresh Preferences

You can set up the preferences for the PAQ items to refresh when required. From the Provider Approval Queue menu, select Preferences. The PAQ Preferences window opens, with the General tab in view. In the Refresh Items section, do one of the following: To refresh the items on the PAQ tab when it is open, select On Window/Tab Open. This option refreshes the PAQ when the PAQ tab is the current tab when you open the Workflow Module window or the tab you select after the window is open. This option is not intended to refresh more than one tab simultaneously. To set a timer for refreshing the PAQ when the Workflow Module window is open, select Every X Minute(s). Then select the up or down arrow to enter the refresh interval in minutes. Use integers only. Note: You cannot enter a number lower than the value entered in the Provider Approval Queue Universal Preference for the Minimum Refresh Rate for PAQ. If the value set in Universal Preferences is greater than 99, you cannot change it. 99 is

You can stay signed on to the PAQ for as long as you are logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the Provider Approval Queue menu, select Preferences. The PAQ Preferences window opens, with the General tab in view. In the first section, select the Keep me signed in on this computer unless I log out check box. Select OK. Before you begin You must be a NextGen® Enterprise user to sign off Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) with actions in NextGen® Mobile. You can take one or more of the following actions while signing off a Provider Approval Queue (PAQ) item: Open the patient chart Add one or more signees to sign off NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents Add one or more users or work groups as task recipients Open NextGen® Mobile.The Hub view opens. Sign off PAQ Items with Actions

When you sign off a pending PAQ item, you can also execute saved actions or create new actions. You can save the actions for future use. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Workflow module. Select the Provider Approval Queue tab. In the Pending tab, select an item from the list.In the Items list, you can select or deselect all the items together using Select All check box. If you make a selection in either Pending or Rejected tab, the selection is saved for the other tab. You have to make separate selection for History tab. A preview of the item appears in the viewing pane. Information about the selected item appears beneath the list of items in the left pane. To display lab results in a different view, select one of the following beneath the results: Formatted Results Grid results Documents, images, or URLs To view the item in full on your screen, select Full Screen in the Workflow toolbar.
