Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences

In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Set up Billing Error Notification

You can select a user group to be notified when there is a billing error, for example, when an immunization charge fails to be processed. In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Select Preferences. The Practice Preferences window opens. In the Preference List, select Orders Module, and then select the All tab. Select the appropriate group in Group to Notify for Failed Charges. Select OK. Set Up the Group to Notify for Failed Test Charges

If charge posting fails for any reason, you can identify who in your practice you want to send a notification to for any failed test charges. There is a field on the Order module practice preferences to set this value. Select File Maintenance > System > Practices. Select a practice. Select Preferences. Select Orders Module in the Preference List. Select the Folder button on the Group to Notify for Failed Charges field. In the Available Users and Groups section, select to highlight which group to notify. Select the Right Blue-Arrow to add that group to the Notified Users list. Select OK to save the value. After setting up the Vaccine Inventory and the VIS documents, determine the Immunizations options for your practice.
