If you cannot complete the Immunization administration on the 
Vaccine Details tab, select the appropriate status: 
  
Note: If you have set up certain Immunizations fields as required, these fields do not display as Red on the Vaccines Detail tab when you select any of the following statues: Partially Administered, Entered in Error, Refused, or Not Administered.

    Entered in Error

    Select this option if the Immunization was entered erroneously.
   
 
   - 
    Pending
   
 
   - 
    Select this option if the Immunization is awaiting administration. You can enter Immunization information and save the information prior to administering the immunization.

    Refused
   
 
   - 
    Select this option if the patient or guardian refused the immunization.
   
 
   - 
    Not Administered
   
 
   - 
    Select this option if the immunization was not completely administered and document the reason in the Not Administered reason section.
   
 
  
  
 Note: Pending immunizations can be marked as Administered even if the encounter is locked. To edit Immunization information for locked encounters, you must have the permission rights set up in the System Administrator, Allow updating Imm Order on Locked Encounter.
