Selecting a Status When an Immunization Order is Not Administered
  If you cannot complete the Immunization administration on the Vaccine Details tab, select the appropriate status: 
  
 
 - Entered in Error
 - Select this option if the Immunization was entered erroneously.
 - Pending
 - Select this option if the Immunization is awaiting administration. You can enter Immunization information and save the information prior to administering the immunization.
 - Refused
 - Select this option if the patient or guardian refused the immunization.
 - Not Administered
 - Select this option if the immunization was not completely administered and document the reason in the Not Administered reason section.
