Use the table below to select settings for the report. Option Description Show Negative Numbers Select one of the following to determine how to display negative numbers: Normally 250.00. Displays negative numbers without a negative sign. In Parentheses (250.00). Displays negative numbers within parentheses. With a Trailing Sign 250.00-. Displays a negative sign (-) after the number. Show All Numbers Select one or both of the following: Without Cents. Rounds amounts to the nearest dollar value without decimals. Except Zero Amounts. Leaves blank spaces for zero amounts instead of printing $0.00. Print Options Select either Landscape (horizontal) or Portrait (vertical) to set the page orientation of the report. Select these options if needed: Center Report on Page. By default, the data prints from the left side of the page. Select this option to center the report on the page. Column Text Wrapping. Forces text that is too wide for the column to wrap the text to the next line. By default, o
