Patient Grid Columns

Columns	Description
Risk Level	Patient's Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) Risk Level.
Portal Enrollment	Patient's portal enrollment status. For more information on the portal enrollment status, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest NextGen® PxP Portal Provider Guide for NextGen® Enterprise.
Last Encounter Date	Patient's last encounter date in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Next Appointment Date	Patient's next appointment schedule.
Appointment Provider	Authorized healthcare provider.
Insurance Bal	Total balance due from all applicable insurances.
Patient Bal	Outstanding patient balance.
Total Bal	Total balance due from insurance and the patient.
Person ID	Patient's person id. The Person ID property can be added from the Template Notify Event by setting up a trigger on the Patient Registry component. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Templates User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
Patients	Number of patients included in the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report.
Displayed	Number of patients displayed in the patient grid.
Checked	Number of patients selected from the patient grid.

Patient Grid

The patient grid displays the patient demographic details, financial and next appointment details. When you run the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report, patient information appears in the patient grid. The patient grid displays the patient demographic details, patient's risk level (color-coded), patient portal enrollment status, financial information, and the next appointment details. Note: If multiple appointments are scheduled for a patient on the same day, the next immediate appointment of that day appears in the Next Appointment field when you run the report. When reports are filtered based on appointment schedule in the Appointment Book tab, the patient grid displays additional columns. Viewing Patient's NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Status

If the practice is part of NextGen® PxP Portal, you can view the patient's NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment status on the Patient Information Card (PIC). If the patient is not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, you can send an enrollment invitation email. Note: The patient enrollment status indicator is available only when the NextGen® PxP Portal license is active.
