Templates may contain Case Sheets, Encounter Sheets, or Summary Sheets that display saved templates, documents, reports, emails, and images from the patient's encounters. The Summary Sheet displays all items for all encounters. The Encounter Sheet displays all items for the selected encounter. The Case Sheet displays all items related to the case from all encounters.
You can double-click a displayed item in the data sheet to open it. If you open a template (regular or non-Extended Popup), you can enter data in it and save it.
CAUTION:
To view and work on templates, documents, reports, emails, and images in
NextGen® Enterprise EHR, you must be granted the appropriate rights in the System Administrator application. If you are not authorized to work with a particular item, it is labeled
Restricted.
